| I would like to thank Judge Judy A Harrington for awarding Avalanche Winners Bitch at the Lawernceville Kennel Club on Saturday August 23, 2008 with a three point major to finish her championship. Judge Cindy Meyer also awarded Avalanche Best Of Winners at the Ann Arbor Kennel Club on July 6, 2008 for a four point major. Avalanche then went to Marshall the following weekend and was winners bitch for another two points. Thank you co-owner and friend Brenda Calvelage for handling her to perfection. I would also like to thank Adriana Chefan for her faith in the Star Guinness breeding. Finally, I want Marsha Schaublin to know how much I appreciate her knowledge and guidance. She sold me my first show prospect, co-owns her with me and had always been around day or night to answer questions. |

| It is with a heavy heart that I announce CarmaQues TipToe Thru The Gardn passed away Friday December 12th at my home while playing outside. The vet was called immediately and came to the house to confirm my worst fears. Crush was a beautiful berner inside and out. She was everything I could have asked for in a berner. My condolences go out to Crushes co-owners and breeders Marsha Schaublin and Brenda Calvelage. It won't be the same in the Sternberg house. Rest well my sweet bear. |
